TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod-Bit & even B.U.R. (Built Up Roofing) are all common roofing systems. Unlike coatings, none of these systems are warranted against ponding water. Like anything else, as they age they begin to fail at various points. Most of the time these systems can all be coated. Having your roof coated by All American Roof Coatings you can achieve the same warranties as you would get with a new TPO roof at about 40% of the cost of a full tear-off & replacement.

With no tear-off that means you aren’t paying for extra labor, haul-off, or landfill fees. You will have less noise during work as well as no trash trailers or dumpsters at your jobsite. If your facility handles food production or other sensitive processes, there is no loss of use during roof work. Since there is no tear-off you are never exposed to the elements.

In the event your roof is too far gone and is no longer a candidate for roof coating, we can still provide you with the same level of quality in TPO replacement. While coatings are the primary focus at AARC we do have one dedicated TPO crew that we have worked with for years. If we have no choice but full roof replacement you will still get a roof installed by a factory certified contractor that was inspected by a manufacturer’s representative.
